Granddaughter of former Phils manager Dallas Green killed in Arizona shootings
The granddaughter of former Phillies manager and current team executive advisor Dallas Green was the youngest victim of the attack on a United States Congresswoman which killed six and wounded 18 during a town hall meeting in Tucson, Ariz. on Saturday.

The Phillies are heartbroken after learning that Saturday's senseless killings in Arizona claimed one of their own. Dallas Green's nine-year-old granddaughter, Christina Taylor Green, was the youngest victim in the shootings in Tucson.

The 9-year-old girl killed by a gunman who opened fire at an Arizona congresswoman's event was the granddaughter of former major league manager, executive and pitcher Dallas Green. Green managed the Philadelphia Phillies to their first World Series championship in 1980. He currently is an executive adviser with the team.
