Johnson, Valparaiso gash Youngstown State 79-55
Cory Johnson scored 26 points and Valparaiso broke away in the second half to whip Youngstown State 79-55 on Friday night. Brandon Wood added 17 points and Howard Little 10 for the Crusaders (11-5, 3-1 Horizon), who outscored Youngstown State 45-26 in the second half as they beat the Penguins for the 11th straight time.
